At MUSE, we strive for perfection, but if your purchase isn't quite right, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original condition, unworn and with all tags attached.

Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

Package Your Items

Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact.

Ship It Back

Print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

Receive Your Refund

Once our atelier inspects your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
